Using Music (And Fun) to Modify Consumer Behavior

According to The Fun Theory, a Volkswagen-sponsored effort, all you need to add is a little music and lots of fun. In Sweden subway, the group installed piano-key musical steps dramatically increased use (66%) of the stairs.
