Major Labels Fail To Force Three Strikes On Ireland

image from www.piracyhappens.net The major labels have failed to get USP, a broadband provider in Ireland, to adopt a “three strikes” strategy to combat online file-sharing. USP said that it doesn’t condone infringement and would keep working with the music industry on the piracy issue.
