Beyond Oblivion, who recently recevied a $77 million investment from News Corp, is building Nokia's "Comes With Music" all over again.

Undeterred by the fact that Nokia has scaled back the service, the company intends to bake the cost of unlimited music into digital devices. CEO Adam Kidro believes that "Comes With Music" failed because it was limited to one type of device, a mistake he plans to avoid. Watch Peter Kafka interview Kidro below:
